- Each shipment includes a plant passport and a fiscal receipt (invoice available upon request).
- Orders are shipped via Polish Post, DPD or DHL.

Packing and Plant Condition
Plants are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. They are typically shipped without pots and substrate, wrapped in protective material with slight moisture.
Upon request, plants can be shipped in pots, however shipping costs will be higher due to parcel size.
The seller guarantees careful packaging, but slight changes in plant appearance during transport are natural.
Order Processing
- Order processing time is up to 14 days after receiving payment.
- In case of delays, we may compensate by adding extra plants.
- The buyer has the right to cancel a delayed order and receive a full refund.
Delivery Conditions
- The seller ensures proper protection of plants during shipping.
- The seller is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
- Winter shipping is carried out only when temperatures allow safe transport (generally above 0°C).

- Estimated delivery times may vary depending on postal services.
- Long delivery times (over 10–11 days) may negatively affect plant condition.
- Orders from outside the European Union are not accepted.
- Shipping prices are calculated for plants shipped without pots.
- For shipments with pots, costs are determined individually.
Complaints
- Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos showing the condition of the plants are required.
- The seller is not responsible for damage caused by courier mishandling.
