The online store CarniSana offers carnivorous plants.

1. Our online shop offers carnivorous plants.
2. All products offered in the shop are legally approved for sale and are provided with plant passports.
3. Orders are accepted via the website or by e-mail at carnisana@gmail.com, exclusively from customers within the European Union.
4. All prices listed in the shop are gross prices. A fiscal receipt is included with every shipped order. An invoice can be issued upon request.
5. The sales agreement is concluded after verification of the order by the shop staff. The minimum order value for shipped orders is 20 EUR. Smaller orders can be collected personally.
6. Offered plants and their dimensions are described as accurately as possible.
   
   Some of the photos may present mature plants to show the full characteristics of a given variety (for example, the appearance of adult pitchers or the overall growth habit), which may differ from the appearance of juvenile plants offered for sale.
   
   Other photos may show a randomly selected specimen from the group available for sale. Whenever possible, photos are properly labeled.
   
   The appearance of the sold plant may differ slightly in shape and coloration due to seasonal conditions and light exposure. The most important reference is the size of the plant provided in the product description.
   
   Additionally, some temperate plants (such as Sarracenia, Dionaea, temperate Drosera, temperate Pinguicula and Darlingtonia) undergo natural seasonal changes. During autumn, winter and early spring, their appearance may significantly differ from the photos, which are typically taken during the growing season when plants show their characteristic form and coloration.
7. Orders can be fulfilled via personal pickup or shipment. The buyer covers the shipping costs. Personal pickup from our greenhouse is free of charge.
8. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or PayPal.
9. The buyer’s personal data is used solely for order processing and is not shared with third parties.
10. Delivery is carried out via Polish Post, DPD or DHL. Detailed shipping costs and delivery times are described in the “Shipping and Returns” section.
11. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the order, destination country, and selected shipping method.
12. For international orders, plants are carefully packed (e.g. in protective material with slight moisture) to maximize safety during transport. Plants are shipped without pots and substrate unless otherwise agreed.
13. Order processing time is up to 14 days after receiving payment. In case of delays, we may compensate by adding extra plants. The buyer has the right to cancel a delayed order and receive a full refund.
14. Each shipment includes a plant passport and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice upon request).
15. Within the European Union, phytosanitary certificates are not required. If needed, please contact us before placing an order.
16. The seller takes all reasonable measures to secure plants during shipping but is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or adverse weather conditions.
17. Winter shipments are carried out only when temperatures allow safe transport (generally above 0°C).
18. Standard delivery time is approximately 5–8 days. The seller is not responsible for extended delivery times caused by postal or courier services.
19. Due to the perishable nature of plants, the right of withdrawal (return) may be limited.
20. Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic documentation of the plant condition. Each case is considered individually.
21. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling of parcels by the courier.
22. The seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Legal Information

• The seller operates under Polish law.
• The Polish version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancies.
